WHERE AND WHEN
The EMODnet conference will take place on 29-30 November at the Hotel Nhow Brussels, Rue Royale 250, 1210, Brussels, Belgium.
Upon arrival, show the QR code that you will have received by email a few days before the conference. The badge will be printed on-site.
Coat racks and hangers are available in each of the meeting rooms. Those will not be under surveillance.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL AND VENUE FROM THE AIRPORT:
From the international airport Zaventem to the hotel Nhow Brussels
Public transportation: There is a train at level -1 of the airport that will take you to the train station Brussels-North. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Hotel Nhow Brussels (Rue Royale 250,1210, Brussels). The whole itinerary takes approximately 20 minutes. Total cost: 9,50€.

Taxi: A taxi ride from the Zaventem airport to the Hotel Nhow Brussels will take approximately 25 minutes (in normal traffic conditions) and cost approximately 40€. Please note that the mentioned price has been estimated in August 2023.
From the Southern train station ‘Gare du Midi’ to the Hotel Nhow Brussel
Public transportation: Metro lines 2 and 6 connect the Southern train station ‘Gare du Midi’ to the Hotel Nhow Brussels, in approximately 15 minutes. Total cost: 2.50€. Please note that the mentioned price has been estimated in August 2023.
Itinerary: At the train station Gare du Midi, take Metro line 2 or 6, towards Elisabeth. Alight at the 8th stop, Botanique. The Hotel Nhow Brussels is 200m from the metro stop, Rue Royale 250.
